DUNA was founded by sisters Vesna and Marija Gjeleva, bringing together experience across Dubai real estate, business, leadership, training and professional development. DUNA Intelligence is the platform where that market intelligence reaches investors directly.
The founders kept seeing the same pattern: decisions made without enough understanding, professionals trained to chase transactions rather than create value, and businesses that favoured short-term activity over stronger people, systems and foundations.

Vesna brings more than a decade of Dubai real estate experience, paired with an entrepreneurial view of where the business is going. She is strongly results-oriented and works from the wider strategic picture — bringing real estate expertise, education and market intelligence together.
She directs company strategy, business development and growth, and sets the standards, systems and culture DUNA operates by. Market intelligence — reading the data properly before anyone acts on it — is her particular focus.

Marija's experience spans Dubai real estate, business development, leadership, recruitment and professional training. She works at the connection between people, performance and business strategy — spotting what holds an organisation back and building practical plans to move it forward.
She combines commercial experience with an understanding of human behaviour and personal development, helping individuals and organisations identify their limits and construct a realistic way past them.
